    The home is very bright featuring sunlight shining through the windows on both floors. There is a gas fireplace that you control for heat. The living room has a pull out sofa bed (queen size), 50” Smart TV, books and games. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, oven with a cook top. You will also find coffee, tea, hot chocolate, milk, spices, oil and butter to get you started. Sit outside on the small west facing patio and watch the sky change colours as the sun goes down. Eat or play games on the table for four.

    LOCATION

    You are across the street from the river with a walking/biking dyke path which is a quick 8 minute walk into downtown Ladner. There you will find boutique stores, restaurants, bakeries, banks, a pub, grocery store, mechanics, thrift store, book store, candy store, ice cream shop, barbers, nail and hair salons. Pickleball, Tennis courts, playgrounds and a water park are all within a 10-15 min walk.
